Speaking

Let me inspire your group!

Webinars, live events, workshops and more.

The best talks are the ones that feel like conversation.

So that's what I do; I converse. I aim to ask the questions that get you to think about your life with renewed purpose and hope. If you are looking for a formal, Power Point presentation with sterile slides… I’m not your gal. But if you want to tell a REAL story that is relatable and engaging and gets people thinking, let’s talk! In addition to my own evens, I have also served,

  • Women’s social and nonprofit events,

  • Plus-size focused professional or social events,

  • Female-centric nonprofit events for teens, and

  • Body positive and size acceptance events.

Sarah’s expansive heart and empowering energetic presence create a felt impact for her audiences before any words are even spoken. It’s been an honor to have hosted Sarah twice in our private global healing community, SelfHealers Circle, with 20k+ members in over 160 countries.

Her voice is vivid, authentic and relatable, allowing for heart-felt resonance amongst large audiences of diverse nature— bringing us home to the universal humanness that weaves through us all. She embodies tremendous skill in connecting with and attuning to the reactions and curiosities of her audience in real time, staying one beat ahead as she captivates with her rawness, realness and aliveness; painting a picture that allows others to see themselves and their own story within hers. Sarah’s natural wit and innate humor spark reception, connection and openness to even the most challenging of conversations and topics. Flowing seamlessly through technical issues both times, Sarah has an ability to think on the fly that would put any host in full confidence and at ease. She lives and speaks bravely from the heart, making us all laugh along way, as she brings us deep into the heart of our shared human experience.

There are a few things that will define our talk. First, is that I’m “more do and less woo” which means what I share, although vulnerable, is rooted in the practical. My talks are designed to help regular people step into their authenticity and deal with “real world” sticky stuff with vulnerability and accountability. I may use colorful language (but can remove that if needed!) but all my talks are bullsh*t free. Here are some of the specific talks I can deliver!

Stuff we can talk about.

  • Stop. Living. Life. On. Other. People’s. Terms. If you want to be the greatest version of you that you can be, you have to start with discovering who you are first. This talk, full of personal narrative and prescriptive action, offers a strategy and blueprint for attendees to peel back the layers of the conditioning, the coping, and the “movies in our mind” that keep us from living our most empowered and authentic self. Sarah will help listeners dig into their own personal values and define what their Ultimate You is - the most authentically empowered and self-aware version of us that exists… Hint - it’s not who you think it is!

  • Hard stuff is a part of life, guaranteed. Instead of trying to avoid the challenging periods entirely - which is super unrealistic - let’s talk about how to navigate them instead. Whether the transition is personal, health-related, or simply a period of major life-adjustment, there are (totally doable) ways we can approach hard things with self-love, humor, and self-accountability. Merging personal narrative with practical tactics and strategies, this talk offers those struggling through heavy times the assurance that they CAN make it through hard things, and offers them tools to make it through the day as aligned and authentically as possible.

  • The quest for perfection may feel sexy and exciting but ultimately leaves us running the hamster wheel of life and chasing the unattainable. It’s not that we can’t strive for great things - we CAN - and it’s not that we can’t demand better of ourselves - we totally should - what matters is HOW we approach our growth that makes the difference and either sets us up to succeed or paves the way for decades of frustration. This straight-shooting talk is full of personal narrative and step-by-step strategy to help everyday folks break free from the idea of “Before and After” thinking that is so prevalent in the self-help and wellness industry - you know, the lie we’re sold on a daily basis. Instead, Sarah offers a roadmap to living a more authentic life that, while slightly more messy, is guaranteed to be more authentic, forgiving, and powerful than one we could have imagined.

  • Every one of us self-abandons in some way shape or form - we make choices, in the moment, that work against our greater good and we can do it hundreds of times a day, every day. The result means we live our life people-pleasing and reacting to others instead of standing authentically in our power and what makes us each unique. (It’s something we ALL do and, yet, it’s something nobody talks about - so let’s go there!) This straight-foward yet vulnerable talk will help attendees identify the ways the self-abandon in all the various areas of their life, and offer a roadmap to facilitate self-forgiveness, foster self-accountability and help folks reclaim their personal power.

  • It’s a feeling that can hit any of us at any time - the fear that we’re stuck in a place we can’t think our way out of and, even if we could, it feels like it’s just too late to do anything different. Like we’re digging ourselves out from under a mountain of our own making with a baby spoon. What we need is a strategy for pathway thinking rooted in vulnerability, self-accountability, and self-love. This talk strikes the perfect balance of “heart centered narrative” and “action oriented tactics” to help attendees to unstick their stuck and start living an authentically empowered life on their own terms regardless of age and place in life.

As the keynote speaker at our Girls For a Change Summit at Montana State University, Sarah Sapora rocked the house!

The GFAC summit is an annual event here in Bozeman Montana that brings in girls grades 8-12 from all over the state. We are always looking for dynamic speakers who can help our girls understand their unique value, learn self-love and see their higher potential. Sarah was the perfect woman for this job. Sarah easily connected with the girls and her speaking and presentation style engaged a population of teenagers that can be hard to reach. Sarah’s style included the girls in the discussion and allowed for all of the girls to have their voices heard and ask questions. It was clear the girls would have listened and interacted with her all day! As the organizers we had to keep the

day moving but most of the girls lingered to take pictures and give hugs and sneak in a few more questions.

Here are some of their comments from the summit evaluations:
“I learned how to take better care of myself”
“I can use these skills to overcome my thoughts”
“It helped me to better myself and to be confident in me!”

Sarah was great to work with and she was very responsive to communication prior to the event and worked hard to make sure her keynote speech was in line with our demographics and our goals. I would highly recommend Sarah as a keynote speaker or presenter at any event where self-love and wellness was the focus.  Everyone will benefit from the opportunity to share space with her and hear her unique voice.
