Let’s address the elephant in the room - “Life coaching” can seem kinda sketchy. I get it.

I’ve worked in wellness since 2017 — and I’ve been a constant student myself. There’s almost nothing that gives me a bigger ick than money grabs from people who act like they have god-like power to solve your problems. (And man buns. I really hate man buns. And liquid nacho cheese too, but that’s a different story.)

Here’s a truth bomb - I can’t “solve “your problems. Nobody can… except you. And anyone in this industry who tells you otherwise is full of it.

The ways you’ve been moving through life — putting yourself last, people pleasing, ignoring your needs — don’t mean you’re broken. They’re simply the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world. Coaching gives you space to pause, question, and choose how you want to move forward from here.

I’ve been mentoring and teaching women in some form or another for years. I pursued life coaching certification simply because I wanted more tools to do what I already love. My focus isn’t on being a “life coach” — my focus is on the group mentoring I love, and eventually, running live events and retreats. But I know some folks want to work with me one-on-one. So here we are.

We’re going to combat the ick together by managing expectations right from the start. Cool? I agree I’m not your magic guru, you agree you’re the bottom line when it comes to “doing the work” to unstick your stuck — and we both agree to a strict No Man Bun While Eating Nachos policy.

It’s a space for blunt honesty and deep compassion — where you can say the things you’ve never said out loud, look at the places you’ve been avoiding, and figure out what you actually want your life to look like. We’ll work together to build self-trust, untangle what’s been keeping you stuck, and create a path forward that’s yours — not what someone else says it should be.

You’ll fill out a short form so I have context on your goals, history, and what’s most pressing for you. This helps us hit the ground running in session one.
