Room Options for LIFELOVE

Please note that all rooms are available in single and double occupancy; Dorm rooms are able to accommodate three. There are no TV’s in the rooms. The air conditions are VERY strong and did a GREAT job cooling the room. In fact, we had to raise our temperature at night! Beds are solid and sturdy and the mattresses are not too soft. Both our testers felt the sleep they had was very comfortable. This is a very walk-able property. We were comfortably able to walk to all areas without a challenge. We do recommend sturdy beach-friendly shoes to assist when walking on dirt or sand. Please review the following:

One: We ask you to to consider your mobility needs and the mobility needs of others when selecting your room. The majority of the rooms on property are Tree House, and require walking a single set of steps. If you are comfortable with this, we kindly request you consider this room so that those with more limited mobility may access rooms on the ground floor. If you are well-suited for a Tree House but are financially unable to make the investment, please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you. This is a trade-off for doing a hotel take-over; larger resorts with unlimited room supply are unable to offer us privacy. Please helps us take care of our community members with limited mobility. Thank you!

Two: In room that have multiple types of bed, we are unable to assign the kind of bed to each person. Each person in the room will pay the same amount regardless of which size bed they are in; beds may be chosen first-come-first-serve upon arrival.

Three: Bungalow rooms are ground-level and have very limited availability. They are available double occupancy only.

Four: This property is VERY walkable. Nothing is “too far” and we feel confident that our attendees will be able to navigate the distances.

Lastly… We KNOW this feels like a lot of things to consider.. it is! This is a boutique hotel and not a large resort with endless room options. This is also what makes a full hotel takeover possible for us! We TRULY appreciate your cooperation. Feel free to reach out to us with questions. Thank you!

Tree house Bungalow / Beachfront Tree house Bungalow

Description

  • A truly special experience!

  • King size bed only.

  • Maximum Occupancy of 2

  • Patio overlooking the grounds, or with a partial beach view, or a full beach view. Chairs on the patio will be replaced with sturdy wooden, arm-free chairs.

  • “Open air” shower and toilet that are door-ed off from the rest of the room for privacy from your roommate.

Find my video tour online here.

Accessibility Notes:

  • This room type is best suited for someone able to climb a single set of steps using a handrail.

  • We believe that someone in this room will not have to go up and down the stairs multiple times a day, given the nature of the Vatreat and curriculum. It is very doable to “come down” once and “go up” at night.

  • Both of our testers agreed the specialness of this room made it worth the effort to climb; this is especially true when booking a Beachside Treehouse Bungalow which has a spectacular view.

  • This would be a great experience for a person looking for the luxury of a solo room or a pair of attendees looking for a really once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Cost: Beachfront Tree House $5,500 Single Occupancy / $3,900 Double Occupancy
Jungle Tree House $5,300 Single Occupancy / $3,700 Double Occupancy

Beachfront / Jungle Bungalow

Description

  • Jungle Bungalow has One King Bed

  • Beachfront Bungalow has One King Bed and One Daybed (We’ve tested this - it is comfortable and sturdy and well-suited for sleeping.)

  • Maximum Occupancy of 2

  • Available beachfront or “jungle” inside the property.

  • We are unable to differ the pricing for bed options - both the King bed and Day bed are priced the same.

Find my video tour online here.

Accessibility Notes:

  • These rooms are up three steps.

  • Larger persons may feel more comfortable turning sideways to enter the door and shower area in the Beachside Bungalow.

  • The shower floor is paved in riverstone. We suggest shower shoes for those who have a challenge with balance.

  • A hammock hangs in front of each room; we do not know the formal weight limit, but Sarah was comfortable laying in this.

  • We do believe the bathroom of the Jungle Bungalow room has the largest shower of all on the property

Please note: Ground-level rooms are a premium and very limited. If you have the ability to climb stairs we request you consider a Tree House so that we may accommodate those with more limited mobility. These are things we must consider as a community; while large resorts have more rooms we are not able to have private experiences at them. The trade-off is to ask attendees to select rooms mindfully. Thank you.

Cost: Beachfront Bungalow $4,200 Double Occupancy Only
Jungle Bungalow: $4,000 Double Occupancy Only

  • These rooms are a father walk from the property center.  We do not consider this a long walk (at all) and were comfortable doing this. We felt it was less than one city block and only took a few minutes to walk
