Week 16 - When I Felt Defeated By My Own Body

Ok folks. I told you I would tell you when it's good and when it's bad and... I struggled. Last week I went on a business-related lunch down in Santa Monica and I showed up looking CUTTTTTEEEEE but the folks I was meeting with chose a place to eat at several blocks away from where we met.I was not prepared. My shoes were wrong. My thighs were wrong... and my knee was screaming. My cardio and breathing was totally fine BUT my knee was not. I wasn't prepared. Had I been in different shoes (something  more supportive and cushioned than the ballet flats I was wearing) and some pants to prevent the chub rub it would have been a totes different ballgame.And then I got into my head. So...... I acknowledged  the feeling and moved on.<3
