The Caravan is a safe place for women to pursue their personal growth with a small community of like-minded peers who are all in search of living a happier, healthier, and more badass life from the inside out. 
It is a “judgment-free” zone, and a group to explore the fears and limiting beliefs that hold us back from living our own #BeGreater. 
The Caravan is a place to offer support and receive it. To participate in group discussions related to wellness and living our best life.  A place where we ask "the hard questions" and we all stick around long enough to honor each other through the process of finding our own answers. 

Led by self-love mentor and wellness advocate, Sarah Sapora, The Caravan is a six-month group based on her own journey to creating a happier and healthier life from the inside out. Each meeting of the Caravan will include lessons from Sarah’s own personal experiences in order to facilitate discussion and growth. Sarah’s personal belief of “I stand, you stand, and together we rise the f*ck up!” is at the heart of this intimate group.

  • Six-months of community and guidance,
  • One 60-90 minute web-based video hangout each week,
  • A special welcome package with exclusive swag,
  • Weekly journaling prompts and (optional but encouraged) assignments, 
  • Access to a private, members-only Facebook group to continue the conversation and support, 
  • Access to Sarah via email for questions, and
  • A one-on-one,  20-30-minute “check in” call every month to keep you on track with your bigger goals. 

Stuff to Know:

  • Space in the Caravan is exceptionally limited. Members are expected to make participation a priority! 
  • People will not be allowed to join the group after we have begun; this helps keep our group intimate and growing together. 
  • The full benefit of the group is experienced by showing up for ourselves and others at the same time.
  • Things are going to get pretty personal. Even so, the group is a safe space, and you'll feel supported. 

What You'll Learn

Each of the 24-weeks we will spend together will allow members to share own personal journey within the background of guided conversation. We'll open the door to discuss emotional stuff, our relationship to food and nutrition, and exercise. But we'll do all of this while we stack on some real ideas, tools, and techniques to help is find our own #BeGreater.  Here is an overview of what you'll learn during our time together. 


Week 1 & 2

Let's get to know each other! We’ll also talk about the most important step in our wellness journey… being willing. Welcome to the journey!


Week 9, 10 & 11

The only way to really move past our limits is to be able to name them and own them. This is when things start to get things start to get real…

Week 18 & 19

Even if you have never meditated before, we’ll break things down and make adding simple meditative techniques into life in super easy ways.


Week 3 & 4

The biggest tool that any of us have, we’ll dig deep and understand what it means to chose love over fear in our lives and on our journey.


Week 12 & 13

We are guided by what we focus on. So let's set our sights on our own True North  and “bring it back” when we fall of course.


Week 20 & 21

By this time, you’ll have quite a few tools in your bag; what is left to cover? Based on YOUR questions, we’ll explore additional topics as requested.


Week 5 & 6

There is no fear in this dojo! Lifelong change come from self- kindness. Get empowered  with tools to stay in touch with our self-compassion.


Week 14 & 15

We’ve got bodies that move FOR us. We’ll talk about how to “change it up” when we’re trapped in a moment and how to unblock our stuck. 


Week  22, 23 & 24

On Wednesdays, we wear pink… but we never, ever, base our success around “yes” and “no” goals! Instead, we’ll learn why creating feelings is the way to go. We’ll identify how we want to feel in our life, and focus on tangible was to start living them alive!

Week 7 & 8

How do you handle things when you get freaked out? Learn how to handle fear and techniques and tips to bring us back to our center. 


Week 16 & 17

In order to understand where we want to go, we have to understand where we've been. We’ll honor the identities have brought us here. 

Week  24

As we draw to a close, we look back and honor our wounds, our past, our choices, and the beautiful things we have learned during our time together. 

If I can help one woman know that she is not alone, I have done my job. We all think we’re weird because we want ‘more’ but are stuck. We’re not weird. We’re not broken. We don’t need to be fixed. What we need is to understand the ‘why’ so we can look it in the eye and move past the things that hold us back.

I share my journy so that other women never feel as alone as I have felt. So that others can be empowered to make choices sooner. So that some woman, sitting at home scared, wondering why ‘everyone else seems happy’ but her, who is wrestling with her weight or her personal life, can have the encouragement to know she can HAVE MORE. Diets are not the answer. Understanding self-love is.

Big life changes call for big self-love. It's time to get honest, get real and #BeGreater. 

When you are unhappy, nothing seems right. No matter what you do, or how “great” things should be, it feels like life is just beyond the reach of your fingertips… and you can’t grab it.

And if you’re overweight and want to change that? The simple idea of doing something different can be overwhelming. It can be lonely and hard, but bearable. Maybe you’ve tried to lose weight before but think you “failed.” And so you stay stuck in the same spot. Not moving. Just… stagnant. Like standing at the bottom of a huge mountain looking up.

You know there’s another way to live, but you can’t seem to get there. People around you seem to be “living” so why can’t you? Why aren’t you happy? Why can’t you commit to being healthier? Or have balanced relationships with others? You’re living, but you don’t feel alive.

What would it feel like if you weren’t held back? By your body? Your weight? Your insecurity or fear?
How would you live your life? What would you do with your time? How would it FEEL?

It’s time to find out.  Life is waiting.
There is another way to live your life. Inspired, healthier, and fueled by joy.

You can, literally, love the shit out of your life.


Every day that you wake up you have a choice. You can live driven by love or fear. How you feel dictates how you live your life. It's simple, but not easy… Once you find the love? Life comes alive

I know it sounds crazy, but once I tapped into love, my whole world shifted. If I can do it, you can too. If you want to make changes to your life — real, honest and big changes — the only way to do so for the legit long-term is to do so from a place of radical, unshakable self-love.

Fear. Guilt. Shame. Anger. These are NOT the way to become the badass version of you that we both know you are inside!

You’ll do this alongside a supportive and loving, small community of kick ass women who are also looking to #BeGreater in their own lives! 

Note: The Caravan is not a formal diet or weight loss plan. It is about helping to uncover the connection between our self-love and living a more healthful life that, for many of us, will result in weight loss. Weight loss is not the primary topic of discussion, but will be weaved in and addressed in context.

The Caravan will meet Monday at 5:30 pm pst / 8:30 pm est.
